Return Policy

Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order. Customer satisfaction is always our primary concern. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns prior to ordering.
Returns: You may exchange or return unopened and unused item/items for any reason within 10 calendar days of the purchase date. To obtain a Return Authorization Number for the exchange or return please call us at 888-665-2982.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

All returns and exchanges are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% and the actual freight amount incurred by Dynamic Water Solutions. This is a non-refundable fee and will be deducted from your merchandise credit.

We will not return or exchange items that have been opened or used.

Exceptions to our return policy:

• Electronic items are non-returnable
• All Chemicals are non-returnable
• Special/custom orders are non-returnable

Warranties / Defects:
All warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer.
Dynamic Water Solutions reserves the right to change or modify our policies at any time and at its sole discretion.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
